Through the project Parkert Piano – "parked pianos", we are bringing pianos to public spaces all over Norway. The instruments are available for all passersby, and create small musical spaces and unexpected music experiences where one least expects them. The pianos also act as arenas for young performers and are meant to lower the barriers of playing an instrument.
The project is initiated by JM Norway and financed by The Savings Bank Foundation DNB.
